Preach me to be patience, ikhlash to be humble and broad minded to accept this fate. You know how much I love "her/him and them"

Ramadan Is Coming, Are You Ready?

Taqobalallahu minna waminkum, shiyamana washiyamakum....

Wish this Ramadan be the sweetest..! Open my mind, eyes and heart, that may be it is my last ramadan, who knows? I hope Allah brings me to the brightest way, guide me in every single day and let me to always keep close to Him.

It is time to improve myself, to keep close with Him, Who I'm belong to. It is time to take a contemplation, to realize whether my time will be end before or after Ramadan. Can I see it next year? Can I through one month full perfectly? Can I be the best graduate in this month of 'tarbiyah'?
Yaa Allah, I realize that life never ends yet, the end is my breath. I realize that how much the mistakes I've ever made, ever forgot to say thank to You when You give me chance one more and more, Grant all my wishes and Give all I need, but I never forget to say 'laa ilaaha illaa Allah...' in every my heartbeat and breath

O Allah.... give me one more chance
To do my best for future in the day of resurrection

Umar and Stones

Story of Umar Bin Khaththab
In the dark night, creatures fell asleep in every part of the dark earth, except one. The second caliph (khalifa) after Rasulullah pbuh, swung his step approach the dark. He kept on going around looking into the real life of his folks. He wanted to know whether his folks prosperous under his administration. From the distance he saw little flame from a hut. Children’s weeping heard from distance. He pep at little space of the wall, and saw a woman surrounded by children. She seemed cooked something. Every time when her children started crying she said, “Wait a minute, it will be done.”
The mother did the same every time the children start crying, again and again. Umar wondered and asked permission to come in. then he asked, “Why your children can’t stop crying?”
“They are hungry” the mother answered.
“Why don’t you give the food you are cooking?” Umar asked.
“No food at all in our home. The food I’ve been cooking is stones to keep them quite, so they supposed I cooked food. They will stop crying because of tired and will fall asleep.”
“Do you always do this?” Asked Umar.
“Yes. I have no more family and my husband was dead.” She tried to hide her misery on her face.
“Why don’t you ask for help to the Caliph? He can help you and gives you money from Baitul maal.” Umar advised.
“The Caliph has done tyrannical to me. I regret to his administration. He should look over his folks in real life. Who knows, there must be many people has the same fate with us.”
Her answer touched his feeling. He felt guilty and ashamed to himself. Then he immediately stood up and said, “Wait a moment, I’ll be right back.”
In the middle of the night, Umar walked in hurry to Baitul Maal. He lifted a big sack of wheat on his own shoulder. Because the distance between Baitul Maal and the mother’s house was far enough, Aslam intended to help him, Umar refuse distinctly and said,
“I’ll not let you lift my sins in the next. Let me lift this sack because I feel guilty on what happen to the mother and her children.”
The mother was so happy to receive the full sack of wheat. Then, the unknown man told her to see Caliph tomorrow to register her and children in Baitul Maal so they deserve to get charity. Of course, the mother was surprise and ashamed when she met Caliph (Khalifa), Umar Bin Khaththab.
This real touched story can be found on many books such as a book titled Al Faruq Umar Bin Khaththab, by Rashid Ridha. Umar was a real figure of best leader for ummah. His life experience taught us about zuhud, justice, responsibility and sense of care. He was Khalifa, a leader and Prophet’s Companion, and he didn’t need party flag or body guard to perform his official travel  in the dark night to find whether any injustice escape from his sight.
Is there any leader like this one nowaday?

Asma’ Bint Yazid Al-Anshariyah

An orator, a Scholar of Hadith and Mujahidah

She was famous as Khathibatun Nisa (orator woman). She was also known as a scholar in hadith and mujahidah. Her full name is Asma’ Bint Yazid Bin Sakan Bin Rafi’ Bin Imra’ulQais Bin Zaid Bin Abd. Ashab.
She was a courageous woman. In Yarmuk war, many Muslimah took contribution in this war as Ibn Katsir said in his book al-Bidayah wan Nihayah, “They fight in the great war and the women went along with them in the rear with bravely”.
In this great war, Asma’ Bint Yazid participated with other women in the rear of mujahidin, she prepared weaponry, gave drinks to mujahidin and treated wounded warrior and encouraged warriors to keep up battling martially. She also killed nine roman warriors. She gained injuries in her back and Allah wanted her to live for long time. She was still alive for 17 years after that Great War.
Besides that, she was also known had strong personality and didn’t bashful to ask something related to shariah, even she asked to Rasulullah Pbuh. Asma’ asked the Prophet how to take a bath after finishing from menses. The prophet told her to do and said, “Purify yourself with a piece of cloth scented with musk.” Then she asked, “How shall I purify myself with it?” He said, “Subhanallah ! Purify yourself (with it).” Aisha then pulled her and said, “Rub the place soiled with blood with it.”
She wasn’t shy to ask about the truth while Rasulullah pbuh felt shy and turned his face. Her curiosity in detail things helped other Muslimah to get more knowledge.
One day, when Rasulullah pbuh was with his companions, he surprised when Asma’ asked him, “We the women are housebound and have restrictiveness in action (do not take participation in battle), supporting and serve family. Do we have similar merits as the men get?”.
Rasululullah pbuh, turned over his body to sahabat and said, “Have you ever heard a question from woman about religion better than she does?” The Companion replied that they never heard the brilliant question before.
Then Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alayhisalam said, “Please come back and tell to other women who stand at your back; good deeds of one of you to her husband, her effort to get husband’s willingness and her obedience, that’s all can be equal to all men’s good deeds”. Asma’ went to other women with gleamed face because of her pride to get what women dreams as submission of the follower of Allah’s Apostle.
Asma’ came to Allah’s Apostle in the first of Hijra year, and made oath to obey him. May Allah shower her with Rahman and Rahiim. Ameen…

Causes Of Increase In Iman And Our Shortcomings by Shaykh `Aa’id Abdullah al-Qarnee

Causes of Increase in Iman
  1. Praying to your Lord, Glorified and Exalted, in secret, supplicating a lot to Him, hoping in His     reward, and engaging in much remembrance of Him.
  2. Contemplating His Book, for nothing helps the recovery of the heart except the Book of Allah Mighty and Sublime. There are many youth who busy themselves even with sciences of the Shari`ah at the expense of reciting the Qur’an until their hearts eventually harden. So if this happens with acts of obedience, what about one who occupies his heart with sins?
  3. Regularly performing your obligatory prayers in congregation, for Allah guaranteed the one who guards his obligatory prayers in congregation that he will neither abandon him, nor humiliate him, and that He will guard him in this world and the next.
  4. Regularly performing as-sunan ar-rawatib (acts of Sunnah that were stressed and regularly performed by the Prophet sallallahu `alayhi wa sallam), and doing plenty of them, for whenever you prostrate to Allah with a prostration, He raises your level.
  5. Accompanying and loving the righteous. "The person is with one he loves. [Al-Bukhari] "Do not befriend except a believer, and let no one eat your food except a taqiyy (a pious, God-fearing person)." [Hasan, related by Ahmad, At-Tayalisi, Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi and others]
  6. Knowing that Allah al-Wahid al-Ahad watches over us, and knowing that He is with you: "Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?" [al-Mulk (67):14] Knowing also that He knows what you hide and what you make apparent: "Have you not considered that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth? There is no private conversation of three but that He is the fourth of them, nor are there five but that He is the sixth of them - and no less than that and no more except that He is with them [in knowledge] wherever they are. Then He will inform them of what they did, on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing." [Al-Mujadilah (58):7]
    How to Increase Our Imaan?
  1. Taking oneself to account as the Salaf used to do; they used take themselves to account in detail prior to sleep: What did we put forth from good so that we thank Allah? What did we do from evil so that we repent to Allah?
  2. Seeking guidance and advice from the people of knowledge and callers to Allah.
  3. Visiting graves, for it is a means of remembrance of the hereafter, and it guides a slave to the Straight Path.
  4. Reading biographies of the Salaf. Exemplary biographies are those lived by the Sahaba, at-Tabi`een and imams, such as Ahmad, ash-Shai`i, Malik, ath-Thawri, al-Awza`i and many others.
  5. Praying upon Allah in secret and supplicating to Him in the last third of the night.

Palestine, How Are You...?

Ours souls are for you
Our bloods are for you
For you all our souls and bloods
O my beloved Al Aqsa
We will struggle
For the sake and noble of Islam
Yaa Rabbi, let us struggle in Your Palestine
Yaa Allah, take us into Your Syuhada
O, you Palestinian kids

Keep throwing until the last one left
My body, my heart, my soul, and my prayer are your stones

Ask, then you will be granted

Ask, then you will be granted
I always ask Him, everything I want
Sometimes my request is granted, sometimes not
He doesn’t give what I want, but He gives what I need
Sometimes, I beg Him many times, but He doesn’t grant yet
My request is not granted because I ask impossible things
Then He replace with the better one
He gives everything I need, not everything I want
He makes me feel comfort, when I whimper to be granted
He gives me patience, while I can’t stop persuading, asking and begging
I ask, and then He gives
I give, then He replace by tenfold
I bear begging, He folds every wishes
But I never realized
Always forget to say thank
Forget to say Alhamdulillah…

Rabiatul Al Adawiyah

The 'Great' Woman
Rabi’ah Al Adawiyah is well-known as sufi in “tasawuf” world. She lived in ‘zuhud’ life and she spent her life to worship Allah. Her love and life was only for Allah. She never got married because she had no love to others.
“I love You, Allah, with two loves. Love because of the passion and love because You deserve to be loved”
She was born in Basrah (known as Iraq) from poor family. They lived miserable with four daughters. Her father, Ismail expected to have a boy as the hope of family. But they were rather disappointed when the fourth child was born. They named the baby Rabi’ah which meant the fourth. When Rabi’ah was born, her family lived in misery although Basrah city is very wealthy even there was no lamp when the baby born  in the dark night. A light came from the baby born without any help. After the fourth daughter was born, Ismail had a dream. In that dream, he was visited by Rasulullah pbuh.  Rasulullah asked him not to be sad of the fourth daughter’s birth, because one day she would be a respected woman.

The Prophet said, "Whoever possesses the following three qualities will have the sweetness (delight) of faith:
  • The one to whom Allah and His Apostle becomes dearer than anything else.

And the example of a dissolute wicked person who recites the Qur'an is like the Raihana (sweet basil) which smells good but tastes bitter. And the example of a dissolute wicked person who does not recite the Qur'an is like the colocynth which tastes bitter and has no smell. (Sahih Bukhari)

Seeking 4 Love

 My True Story
In Masjiid, in His Mercy, hours ago, I prayed to God; “Yaa Allah, when my heart feel so empty, when a friend of mine shared me with her indifferent, ‘give’ me a truly friend who share me with her joy and sadness. A friend who guide me to Your Way, love me because of You. A best friend who I ever met 9 years ago”. I prayed, closed my eyes. When I opened my eyes, I saw someone’s right hand over to my face, smiling so nice. Then she introduced herself, she has just come from Java. We told many things, became chummy, while I asked to myself; “it is so fast Allah accepts my plea.”We exchanged no each other, email and blog. Unconscious still, to realize how close Allah to me, every my breath & every beat of my heart. I know He Loves me, more than just a friend. Allah, The Almighty, The One Who Has everything I need.
Years ago, when I decided to be a good Muslim (Kaafah), read many books about Islam, recite Quran, and wore hijab (cover my head with veil prescribed by the rules in Quran), I found a truly friend who I share my joy and sadness, Allah, my Lord, the truly friend. I asked everything to Him.

My Prayer

 A Reflection on My Birthday
When life gives you a thousand reasons to desire something, realize, that Allah has a million knows about what you need. Enjoy every seconds with sincerely, end this tiredness with smile. May your days be better than yesterday.
Life is full of mystery, sometimes. Excite, complicated and confuse. But in every single moment is unique. Admit a life means confess the existence of God. And being live is a miracle.
Beautiful women paint strength through problems. Smile when she oppressed, laugh when her heart crying, blessing when she insulted, bewitching for forgiveness. Beautiful women love with no reward. Become stronger in prayer and hope. This is writing for the beautiful women belong to Allah.
If Allah loves somebody, He will afflict them with trial. If they be patient, then Allah will choose. If they are sincere, Allah will purify, if you think how hard to walk and so tired to be patience, that’s the indication of the answer, why thus struggle is bitter, because heaven is so nice.
Don’t beg Allah to demulcent burden, but ask Him to strength your bone. In suffering tested your patience, in struggling tested your sincere.
Rabb….
You have power to stop my vein
You have power to take my breath away
You have power to take my soul

A Life Reflection

A life’s Reflection (dedicated to you….)
When life doesn’t stand beside you, when it let you fall down, you have to know that you are not in a mess, but it is the beginning of new life.
Sometimes, sadness is absolutely needed….to improve yourself. To recognize the mistakes.
Just cry, to let your pain and sorrow go
Crying is humane, not only monopolized by women but also for men. Is there anything wrong with tears?
If your heart broken into ‘pieces’….look back at the path you have taken. There’s must be something remain that you have to build in. there shall be something surprising you, you may see some flowers blooming among the thorns.
Rainbow appears after raining, weeds can grow in desert
Fatamorgana in desert is an illusion that must be translated, don’t let it steamed and just become a hallucination
Build what still remained, ripped cloth can be sewed

Revelation No 06

Volume 1, Book 1, Number 6:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas:
Abu Sufyan bin Harb informed me that Heraclius had sent a messenger to him while he had been accompanying a caravan from Quraish. They were merchants doing business in Sham (Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan), at the time when Allah's Apostle had truce with Abu Sufyan and Quraish infidels. So Abu Sufyan and his companions went to Heraclius at Ilya (Jerusalem). Heraclius called them in the court and he had all the senior Roman dignitaries around him. He called for his translator who, translating Heraclius's question said to them, "Who amongst you is closely related to that man who claims to be a Prophet?" Abu Sufyan replied, "I am the nearest relative to him (amongst the group)."

Revelation No 03

Narrated 'Aisha:
(the mother of the faithful believers) The commencement of the Divine Inspiration to Allah's Apostle was in the form of good dreams which came true like bright day light, and then the love of seclusion was bestowed upon him. He used to go in seclusion in the cave of Hira where he used to worship (Allah alone) continuously for many days before his desire to see his family. He used to take with him the journey food for the stay and then come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food like-wise again till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him and asked him to read. The Prophet replied, "I do not know how to read.

Revelation No 1, 2

Volume 1, Book 1, Number 1:
Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab:
I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for."
Narrated 'Aisha:
(the mother of the faithful believers) Al-Harith bin Hisham asked Allah's Apostle "O Allah's Apostle! How is the Divine Inspiration revealed to you?" Allah's Apostle replied, "Sometimes it is (revealed) like the ringing of a bell, this form of Inspiration is the hardest of all and then this state passes ' off after I have grasped what is inspired. Sometimes the Angel comes in the form of a man and talks to me and I grasp whatever he says." 'Aisha added: Verily I saw the Prophet being inspired Divinely on a very cold day and noticed the Sweat dropping from his forehead (as the Inspiration was over).
